I have finally managed to polish off, document, test and release a jQuery Date Input plugin I initially wrote whilst at Torchbox last summer. It’s been a long time coming so I’m glad to have got it out the way now! Comments and feedback are much appreciated.

FYI It works beautifully with Safari 3.0.4 on the Mac too.

Hey there,
just wanted to use the plugin for a project, but encountered an error. Every time I click on a date_input-enabled input I get this error:
“this.input.outerHeight is not a function”
I do not know how to solve it, some ideas?
Thanks Alex

Thanks! This is a great plugin, I was having some issues with the ui.datepicker and this has worked out to be a more simple solution.

Thanks! this plugin is awesome! Fast and looks slick by default. Anyway to pick the time as well as the date in the near future? Is the value a mysql date value?

Jonathan! What a surprise finding your site at the top of google while trying to find a date chooser! Works a treat too. How have you been? It’s been ages since we last spoke! I’ll send you an email later today :). Sam
